Challenge
Regulatory barriers in Iran blocked centralized crypto payments. Users needed a secure, decentralized P2P trading system to bypass restricted gateways.
My role in this project
In charged of UX for peer-to-peer crypto exchange:
- Researched market competitors + user behaviors
- Mapped secure user journeys with fraud-prevention protocols
- Designed UI for traders + admin dashboard (wireframes → hi-fi)
- Tested 20+ edge cases (e.g., payment disputes, fake listings)
- Collaborated with PM/Devs to ensure technical viability
Outcome
- Launched to 10% pilot users; 30% adoption in Month 1
